Elevate Athletic Performance belief is based on building a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our experienced Coach’s lead these programs and each athlete is coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave.
Our unique programs include instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Our High Level Coach’s ensure proper progression during each session.
SPEED – Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork
EXPLOSIVE POWER –Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Med Ball Training, Jumping & Landing Techniques’

Youth Athletic Performance Programs
Junior High School (5th - 8th Grade) athletic programs are designed for young athletes ages 11 years old through 14 and will most certainly give your youth athlete an edge over the competition. Our focus is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This program will incorporate all elements of our performance initiatives, modified for the younger athlete.
High School Sports Athletic Performance Programs
High School (9th - 12th Grade) athletic programs are designed for athletes ages 14-18 and designed to enhance the performance of your young athlete in any venue they choose. We aim to help your high school athlete feel stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition. This program is 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our world class program and is enhanced to suit the needs of maturing athletes.
College Athletic Performance Programs
Our College athlete programs are designed for current college athletes preparing for their upcoming season. WIth demand and competition of these next level athletes this program uses a munch more advanced approach with more extensive strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning blocks. We aim to ensure out college athletes are prepared for duty in their upcoming season.
Athletic Performance Nutrition, Supplementation & Recovery Programs
All of our athletes, regardless of their level, will be provided with a comprehensive nutrition and supplementation program. Each athlete will be evaluated and tested prior to beginning their training programs to ensure the proper nutrition plans are installed. For your young athletes we will help educate them on caloric intake, the importance of protein consumption, the affects of processed foods and sugar, how different foods affect their bodies, and more importantly how to plan meals and still enjoy their childhood. For our older more experienced athletes we will go more extensively into meal planing, protein priorities, elimination of foods for enhanced performance, flex meals, meal timing with a purpose, and supplementing for deficiencies. Every athlete/person is different. Different needs, requirements, and make up. We devise our plan based on those factors with our Integrative Health Nutritionist, and make sure our athletes build long lasting habits, and create a healthy relationship with food. We will also make sure the recovery of our athletes is prioritized and incorporating during programming. WIth our onsite cryo theropy (Ice Baths) and Sleep experts, your young athlete will have access to it all.
