Adult Personal Training Program
If you have specific fitness goals in mind, or rehabbing from an injury or surgery, or just want closer personalized attention, personal semi private training with our coaches is a great option. This will allow you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
All personal training clients will receive a fitness assessment and consultation. During this Consult we will go over a full health history and a full-body movement screen to access your your needs and couple that with your actual goals. Our coaches have experience working with a variety of clients ranging from fat loss to injury rehabilitation to sports performance. Whatever your goals are we will build a program that is tailored to fit your needs while also providing coaching and support to help attain those goals.

Adult Functional Group Fitness Program
Our Adult Functional Group Training at Elevate Fitness & Performance is structured with a full body workout that will help you move better, feel better, and achieve your fitness goals faster than you could have imagined. Our group setting provides you not only an awesome community of training partners but the motivation you need with our expert coaches who will lead you through the workout and adjust the program to fit your goals and limitations.
Every training session provides you a strategically planned workout focusing on everything from mobility, power, strength and aerobic conditioning. Each workout will start with foam rolling and focused stretching to improve flexibility. Next, will be the dynamic warm up to get your body prepared to train. We will focus on the development and improvement of Power and Strength, address multiple planes of motion with upper and lower body exercises including core strength and core stability. We will finish each workout with conditioning keeping the focus on heart healthy exercises. We aim to make the workouts not only functional and effective, but fun and exciting - all while challenging yourself and elevating our performance and achieving your health & fitness goals
